He took the time to listen to my concerns and explain to me what was going on. I was a walk in without an appointment and was in and out in 26 minutes. Truly a great experience.

          I have been to the Atrium Belmont urgent care twice and both times I was treated with compassion and care. The providers are excellent and took the time to listen to me in spite of being overwhelmed with Covid testing. I recommend anyone in the Gaston County area to go to this urgent care! I booked online.

          We are often unable to see our PCP on the same day as needed- piedmont west is conveniently located for us and we have never experienced unfriendliness or rude bedside manners as expressed in the prior comment. This office does not deserve a one star. I am thankful for the numerous occasions we have visited and the care given!
