The overall experience was pretty good. Dr seemed to listen to what all I had to say. The lady who came in 1st to get some info seemed a little......tense & not happy to be there. But dr listened and was very concerned and analyzing what I said. She gave me some meds & note & suggested I stay home for rest of the weekend to rest.

Urgent care
I had a sore ear yesterday morning and a headache.  I easily scheduled an appointment for the same morning.  The staff was friendly, competent, courteous.  The doctor was great.  She answered all my questions and was very gentle.  I left with a prescription for an ear infection and instructions to return if there was no improvement.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a medical problem that needed to be looked at quickly.

Scheduling was a breeze online. All staff were super friendly and genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Ms Rachel, CMA, was excellent. Melissa Presley, NP was attentive and listened to my concerns. I would most definitely recommend Melissa and her staff and AFC Fuquay.

Urgent care
Came in to the urgent care with an online appointment scheduled. I have been here several times. I have insurance, which was verified by the office, but the front desk girl said I was required to have a credit card on file but couldn’t tell me why. She did say it would be on file in your system for FIVE years. Not only does that seem to be a crazy ask with verified insurance, she could explain why the card was needed or why it would be on file for years. Makes me question things for sure…. The provider was great but first impression needs improvement.

Went in with sinusitis and cough. Excellent care, but I didn't particularly think it wise for the PA to shake bare hands with us as we left.

Urgent care
I waited for almost an hour and 45 minutes before I was called back for a preemployment drug screening. Staff was amazing, kind and very professional. They just need more help. The wait time was my only issue.

Urgent care
Was seen same day for a sore throat. Scheduled online was super easy. Had to wait a little longer than my appt but there was only one provider working.  He was thoroughly explaining something to another family, I couldn’t hear anything specific but could tell he was giving lots of explanation/instructions. The check in nurse was very quick, prompt, and friendly. The provider was prompt.  After my tests came back, my meds were sent electronically and I was able to pay and go. I was in and out in 40 mins. The receptionist was reserved and friendly also.
