I saw review on the Solv page and it completely confused me. First of all, the office looks wonderful, very fresh and new appearing! Second, everyone at the office was friendly and helpful from the minute, I walked in until the we left. The nurses and PA that I saw were very thorough and genuinely seemed concerned. Other than my normal primary care copay, I wasn't charged for anything else. My experience was great from start to finish.

The staff has always been nice to me. The doctor has always listened to what I had to say. I would never go anywhere else. What I like about Dr Richardson is he always listens to me. He takes the time to hear what I have to say.

Jessica Holmes is amazing! I have been going to her for 4 years now and she never ceases to amaze me with her friendliness, very competent and caring self!!! She will sit and answer every question you have and is very thorough with her exams and follow ups! The entire staff was very friendly and sweet this time ( there has been a very few occasions that front desk isn’t ) and I got in and out as expected! Thank you Med First !

We went there for a few years and moved now we are back can’t wait to call on Monday to get our appointments. This is the best medical office I’ve ever Experienced and want to go back been too a few others and it’s not the same. I would highly recommend my Physician and this office. Thank you Mary Reichle
