On vacation in Sedona and started feeling sick on the 3rd day. Walked into Urgent Care at 8:15, and was seen within 30 minutes. The assistant and PA were both wonderful, listened to my symptoms , did some tests and gave me a prescription in case I needed it if my symptoms got worse. Highly recommend !

The attending doctor was excellent, especially since the patients were 5 and 6

I came to the immediate care with no appt, completed paperwork and was seen within 15 minutes. Staff were helpful and answered my questions and did a thorough evaluation. The PA wrote a prescription for me and gave diet recommendations to increase fiber in my diet, as well as confided having tests run at the ER if not feeling better in a day.

The main reason I keep coming back to Next Care is because of my experience with Eric (Bellfour or Bellfluer?) the local P.A.  It’s probably been 2 decades since I had a provider who instilled such confidence because of his professionalism and compassion. He was genuinely “present,” respectful and engaged. Our local office is always run like a well oiled machine; helpful staff, never an issue with waiting, easy appointment setting both online & via phone, efficient billing- but the initial provider experience is the most importance so he instilled a loyalty mentality re who & what company I’ve continued to chose. Yes I have recommended this provider often.

I have had an ongoing problem with was building up in my ear, to the point of having very limited hearing in the affected ear. It took two visits to flush out the accumulation of earwax but we were able to remove all of the built up wax, I’m very happy with the outcome and overall experience. I would definitely recommend NextCare Urgent Care in Sedona for this or similar situations.

My right thumb had become badly infected over the weekend. Got in with no hassle on Monday morning and received excellent care from PA Erik and also his nurse assistant. Very grateful to have this issue addressed promptly. Thank you to all staff.

I always find the staff helpful and professional.  Sometimes it is busier than others, but they do their best whether you wait 5 minutes or 15 minutes.

Wound care for a large gash from a hiking fall.  Staff were all excellent.  Nurse did initial cleaning, PA finished with wound closure, staples and dressing.  Cleared me to get back on the trail the next day!  Highly recommend this location.

Went in because I had tremendous pain from sciatica. The Dr. was wonderful, very caring and understanding. We were visiting Sedona and this happened. He gave me an examination and then prescribed medication. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone.

Waited over 30 minutes with no one else waiting. Nurse who escorted me in was rude and inappropriate, right before she took my blood pressure. Physician was kind and helpful. I would never recommend this provider and a matter of fact whenever I mention this practice to neighbors they relate their own nasty visit particulars. And refuse to return.
