This was my first visit to the facility and my experience, beginning with the receptionist, then to the nurse/medical assistant, then to the doctor was completely positive. Everyone was friendly, flexible, and attentive. Test results and scans were done quickly as were the test results. The Urgent Care facility is located within the MGH/Brigham Medical Center in Danvers making it convenient to have onsite testing.

I called ClearChoiceMD on December 30th and spoke to Maria at the Portsmouth office I had two questions: one was for a rapid antigen Covid test for a trip and the other was a physical for my Master Captain Coast Guard license renewal. I went to urgent care in Leominster at 6:45 this evening. I can not believe how great the care I received there was. Ligia was pleasant, patient and determined to help me with my ear problem. She could have easily given me drops and told me to come back after a few days, especially being almost closing time on a Friday evening. She did just the opposite! She worked on me until I could literally hear again. When I complimented her she said “I’m just doing my job”with a smile on her face. She was more than just “doing her job” she was being a true professional. Couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at the Urgent Care near Marshall’s. Thank you!

I was so....so....sick with the flu! Dr. Robin was empathetic, able to listen to me with reguards to my complicated Med history, and his care was excellent! I highly recommend this care facility! Very professionally run facility! We are lucky to have such great care professionals!
