I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

We were treated wonderfully and had all our concerns heard. The staff was friendly and amazing. They saved our vacation and eased our minds ❤️

Everything was great just had an answer the same question over and over again whether on the phone or on the paper on the tablet, it was just a lot of repetition, but the staff was perfect

So easy to schedule an appointment on line or walk in. Reassuring to know someone will see you the day you need them. I like that Drs explain everything. The staff are helpful, attentive, and kind from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Definitely would recommend!

Just wish I new no xray tech was available in the beginning but the dr. I saw was very nice and made it worth the wait.

I hurt my knee and they did the xray to rule out anything broken. I got sent home with a knee brace which has helped me a lot

I was able to book an appointment same day- 1 hour from time of scheduling. Extremely clean. Very efficient. Everyone was very courteous, helpful, compassionate, and responsive. Highly recommend this location.

Everyone was so kind, professional and prompt. I was really feeling sick when I came but started improving by the next morning, thanks to the wonderful care I received.

Wait time, arrived on time for my appointment. Waited 30 minutes to be taken to a patient room, then waited another 30 minutes to be seen. Otherwise everything went well
