Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I woke up in the morning with a sore throat. I walked into Urgent care and it empty the staff in reception were very pleasant and friendly. I was ushered into an exam room by the RN Marianne she was professional and listened to my concerns. She immediately swabbed me for Covid, Flu and Strept. I was then seen by the PA Christine. She was very attentive to my complaints and professional.
