Marissa and staff were fantastic….Marissa saw me the day before in Pleasantville and had suggested an X-ray in Briarcliff.

I was very satisfied with care I got, the wait time was not long, staff was courteous and caring. I will continue to go here when needed! The exam process was very thorough! Felt good walking out knowing I had good care and doctors, nurses, staff! Would highly recommend !

In a word EASY! I made the appointment online. I was taken right away. The staff were friendly & professional. The facility was immaculately clean. My check in was also easy. Since I had visited previously all my information was available. I would highly recommend this urgent care

I was the first appointment of the day for  job drug testing. In and out in 10 minutes. Staff was cordial (not super peppy, but it was also morning). The bathroom needs an update. Everything considered, I am satisfied.

I’ve unfortunately had to take all 3 of my kids including an infant here this cold season, which has barely started! The doctors are always amazing. Office staff is kind. The nurses always get my twin preschoolers to laugh. A huge thank you to both Dr Friedman and Dr he, who have managed to get my preschoolers over their fear of checking their ears! Thank you so much. City MD in Watchung diagnosed and treated a rash on my arm. The staff was friendly and helpful with the sign in. Dr.Sanchez was awesome. He is calm and caring and explains things well. I had an rxcellent experience at City MD.
