From the time I was on the phone until when I showed up, everyone there was professional, friendly & very informative. I loved it here! Having vibrant and energetic staff made my experience wonderful. I had little to no wait and I was accommodated by Jada who was great! She made sure I was comfortable and made sure she answered all my questions before and after the test was given. Also doctor Patel was amazing with giving me the proper instructions in regards to following up after my Covid test was done. I’m thankful for this because I was very nervous about my first test but she helped me so it wasn’t that bad after all. One thing I must say though, I definitely didn’t expect to laugh during my test but Jada made sure I giggled in the process. Again, thank you guys for all the hard work you guys do and I will look forward to seeing Jada and doctor Patel if I need to go back any time soon.

Helpful and courteous staff and care

I always come here. It's usually busy so if you can, check in online and show up when it recommends to save yourself the wait. All of the staff, in the office and the physicians, are always kind and professional. I've been here for personal and workers comp claims and they treat me with the same level of care either way.
