Wasn't able to be seen the night before as a walk because there as an emergency. Scheduled for the next morning. Wait wasn't too long. Staff very helpful & friendly. Doctor was very nice & explained everything so I could understand. Overall it was a great experience & would go there again. Unfortunately, this clean, local facility has been closed down. The other urgent cares are not as clea, staff is not as nice nor are they as close. I'm so disappointed Optum is now permanently closed. I definitely would have recommended them.

Had a very itchy response on my arm to a shingrix vaccine. Waited in a spotless room for a short period of time for a friendly & professional tech & NP. I was given a treatment which is helping to resolve the issue. I would definitely go back to your facility. My only complaint is the doors are not automatic & are heavy & cumbersome to hold while pushing my mother in her wheelchair.

After years at IMA in Shrewsbury -- i am so much happier here. This is a really great place.

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.

I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!

Had sore throat for a week, suspected strep. Dr agreed, strep test within 5 mins and got antibiotics, a printed list and Dr note for employer. Quick and easy, in and out.

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!

I made an appointment and was seen on time. The staff was friendly especially the person who tested me. This was my second time at Chai and both times were so easy’! I received my test results from the pace the very next day.
