Pediatric urgent care near me in Browns Mills, NJ

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

I didn’t have an appointment, the staff was very friendly & accommodating. My wait time was minimal. The PA was thorough in her explanations, I didn’t feel rushed. An overall good experience.

Pretty easy to schedule and reschedule appointments. Office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use thier services again!!

Nicenut the doctor was very fast taking. Care of me heck in was kind of slow check in the doctor was d very nice

AFC in Clementon, NJ is wonderful! I took my child there and the staff was amazing from the front desk to the doctor. The medical assistant was wonderful with my son and made him relax while he was there.

Cut finger and went into urgent care. Was seen within 15 minutes.

I made an appointment online and was able to get an appointment quickly. I did not wait and was greeted kindly. The nurse practitioner that saw me took time with me and sent a prescription to my pharmacy immediately. She told me to get back to her if I wasnt doing better or had any questions. Way better than going to my family practitioners where I was told I couldn’t be seen until July 15th for a sick appointment. Highly recommend Carbon Health in Jenkintown.

Had a very itchy response on my arm to a shingrix vaccine. Waited in a spotless room for a short period of time for a friendly & professional tech & NP. I was given a treatment which is helping to resolve the issue. I would definitely go back to your facility. My only complaint is the doors are not automatic & are heavy & cumbersome to hold while pushing my mother in her wheelchair.

Great staff, wait wasn’t terribly long, pretty much of what I expected.   Overall a great experience. I’d definitely recommend & come back. Thanks for the great service.

So easy to schedule an appointment on line or walk in. Reassuring to know someone will see you the day you need them. I like that Drs explain everything. The staff are helpful, attentive, and kind from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Definitely would recommend!
