Made an appointment for 12;40 was called in after 2pm. I was not a walk in, maybe 2 people ahead of me so I could not understand the wait. Just to check in I waited on line for over 20 minutes while the person checking in was filling out her forms sitting at the check in desk!

Woke you not feeling well, made an appointment for this office everything was fast, the office was clean and I was able to get all I needed from my visit. Great staff and doctors

I was visiting with family from another state , woke up not feeling well with a new baby coming home from the hospital. Definitely needed to be seen to make sure I wasn’t contagious.  Googled urgent care facilities near me, walked in , filled out paperwork and was taken back immediately.  Staff weee extremely courteous and professional.  I was in and out before I knew it. The longest part was filling out the paperwork .  I would definitely recommend this provider!

Had been experiencing jaw pain for a few days and I knew I wouldn’t be able to see my dentist until at least Monday. I was hesitant to go urgent care on a Saturday, I assumed I’d be waiting forever and for jaw pain, they wouldn’t be able to do much. But actually, I reserved a spot online and they took me right away. The medical assistant and doctor were so nice, helped me as best as they could, and sent me home with a prescription that eased the pain tremendously the next day. I’d never been to this location before but I’m glad I made the trip and the next time I need to go to urgent care, I’ll be going here. Thank you everyone at AFC Piscataway !

Fell down the stairs and was able.to come in and get x-rays and know I had to follow up with orthopedic.

It was decent , you could tell I guess the doctor felt uneasy because I was a man maybe of color etc other then that it was smooth

Five star plus to the receptionists ,nurse and the Doctor. Very kind and caring. Highly recommended.

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

A walk in at Urgent.   Care Alantic. Health.  Sign in little before 12pm. I was told could 2 hours wait or. Less.  I stay because I wasn’t feeling good. With flu like symptoms.   2pm came and went no response from desk. So ask.  What’s wrong.  Will it be much longer?? Receptionist told me    I was next. About 230pm.   Finally was called in at.      4.00pm.  Really is urgent care.  Take that off the sign.  I voice my displeasure with the attending Nurse Practitioner. She totally understood.   She was the only Doctor on site. Really      More techs than Doctors.  This is not the way to run  urgent care facilities.  With the Name. Alantic Health. While waiting in the 4 hours waiting. Must have been 10 -12 patients come in for care. Only to turn around and walk out.  I will say. The Doctor and staff were nice and respectful.   I know Alantic Health is better than this.    If not  these pop up care center will fold.                      Thank you

My appointment was great very respectful and Dr. Rocio was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. The girl in the front desk very sweet friendly respectful..

These folks were fantastic. It’s the 2nd time I go, and I’m not disappointed.

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.
