I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

It took a follow up call to get my meds called in to the pharmacy. I could have administered the Covid test better on  myself. Wasn’t surprised that it was negative, it probably had my lipgloss on the swab instead of my nasal contents. What a difference from the visit two weeks ago when Optum was there.  We received great care and prompt treatment.

It’s pointless to offer online appointments to make people wait for hours. I won’t be coming back

I was third in line (2 people ahead of me) and somehow i was waiting for 2 hours and then once i was finally back, it took another hour. I don’t understand how seeing three people took three hours. Provider was fantastic but wait was atrocious.

Went in for a pre-employment screen and everyone was friendly and professional. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

The staff was very welcoming and saw me promptly. The doctor spent considerable time and answered my questions clearly and thoroughly. The entire visit was actually enjoyable.

Was able to get a same day morning appointment to follow up on a lingering cold. Booked appointment easily online. All staff I interacted with were professional, efficient and very nice. I felt that Sherry, the NP I saw, was very thorough and thoughtful about my diagnosis and recommendations for treatment. Would definitely recommend Carbon Health and thank them for their services.

I came as a walk-in, but was taken care of right away with very little wait time. Each person I saw was friendly and kind. Thank you for a great first time experience!

East appointment, seen, heard and tested. My test came positive for strep and I was surprised -and relieved. Very nice and got scripts. Will come back because of thoroughness and ease of outing

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Great as always. Speedy and efficient. Feels like a regular doctor. Highly recommend.
