Previous doctors did not mention A1C The provider acutely explained blood sugar can go up and down it’s the A1C that’s important to watch and monitor if you are diabetic. She was so amazing I can’t remember her name. I was not eating or taking care of myself as k r should. Had a scare at the hospital a few days before and it’s time to make some life changes to get better and live more healthy.I this they do a fantastic job at Cliffside urgent care the level of service is outstanding. I always go there when I need medical help.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

After that check in is a breeze and waiting time is not long at all. The staff is always friendly and care from the providers is thorough and efficient. I would recommend AFC for family oriented care.

Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

Overall, the experience was fine, especially considering I was a late walk-in. However, the waiting area definitely needs an update. The carpet should be replaced with linoleum or tile flooring for better cleanliness and to help reduce germs.
