I went on Friday, October 19, 2021 to do the SARS-COV-2 PCR/SWAB (COVID-19) STANDARD test. I also brought my wife on September 16, 2021 because she had back, neck and shoulders pain due to a body massage she received on Central Park Avenue. The waiting time was short, the doctors were good, and the staff treated us well. I live in the Bronx, and I go there most of the times for urgent care service. Dr. Zachary Perlman immediately diagnosed husband's fractured shoulder. He took rays, told my husband to wear a sling provided. He recommended a top orthopedist for him to see. Not only that he contacted the doctor directly. Making it easier for my husband to come in to see that doctor. He went over and above. I highly recommend Dr. Perlman. He made the long wait worthwhile.

I had a concern so I called my insurance co. and I was covered for this facility. It has only been a few days so my issue has not been totally resolved. I was seen fairly quickly and Medical staff was pleasant but reception could be more professional and friendlier.
