On Sunday morning I decided to seek care for a finger I pricked with a wire accident a few days earlier which became infected. I made an online appointment for the am and went to the clinic. I was told it’s a walk-in clinic so appointment time may not be precise if others have arrived. There was only one person ahead of me so my wait time was less than 15 min. Intake and visit with Dr was professional and efficient. Thank you.

There is a lack of good communication between the front desk and the doctor in charge of calling back patients. Even though this doctor told me she has a policy of returning calls at the end of the day, she wasn’t able to tell that to the front desk so they tell the patient. Unfortunately I wasted an appointment visit that she was not willing to not charge, but better yet, loosing a new customer. Is sad to see how greedy director she is.  The staff in general is ok. Nurses are nice and even apologetic about this situation. But as they say, this matter was above their capabilities. If k ever go back I’ll make sure I’ll never have to see this lady dr director.

Periodic diverticulitis attacks. Nurse Practitioner offered anti-biotics which solved the problem. Staff was excellent I would you recommend this provider.

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

The staff was very friendly and responsive, and the practitioner was clear on my treatment plan.

I found myself with a sore throat, much head, congestion, ear, congestion, and I was able to make an appointment same day with carbon and they took good care of me. This is the second time I’ve been there and I’ll go back.
