The staff was wonderful from check to the nurse,  to the doctor! I recommend this place!

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

Samantha was great answered all my questions and took my blood with no problems. I’m scared of needles so she definitely took that into consideration!

Went for Earwax removal, Doc said he cannot help becase he does not have tools to remove EARWAX, was charged and asked to go to ENT doctor. Doctor was no help at all.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Scheduling was easy. The wait time was short and the checking was simple. Everyone was polite and professional.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

So easy, so efficient, so kind. This will be my go to for urgent care from now on.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

I had no problem getting checked in and the staff is wonderful, Courteous and very friendly and helpful, the care I receive whenever I go there is magnificent and they really care about the patients and getting the best results for them, wish I could have them as my primary provider. This was my first visit to this facility, and it came after a fall that injured my ankle, head, neck, and shoulder. The team here immediately took X-rays and ensured everything was thoroughly checked. Last week, I went to another hospital for a separate issue, but it was dismissed. However, at this facility, they quickly identified that something wasn’t right and referred me to a vascular doctor. I’m incredibly grateful that I asked them to take a quick look at that as well. The staff throughout the facility were very caring and professional, and the environment was clean and welcoming. I will definitely make this my go-to medical facility from now on.

I highly recommend Live Urgent Care!  I walk in without an appointment and have never had a long wait time. Attending doctors and nurses are always very knowledgeable.

Pulled up at time of appointment , nurse came out did my swab within 15-20 minutes . I had rapid and pcr done . I received a phone call with my rapid results not even 20 minutes later . Give them a break . One woman doing the swabs , friendly , professional and trying her best to do her job in a timely manner.

Wonderful service received X-ray and was seen by Dr very caring staff !!!!! Highly recommend!
