Woke you not feeling well, made an appointment for this office everything was fast, the office was clean and I was able to get all I needed from my visit. Great staff and doctors

I had a problem with my left eye; that is, tearing and eye stuck together after night sleep. Was told I had infection “pink eye ; it was contagious. Prescribed drops for eye.

Scheduling was an easy and excellent procedure. The person at check in was friendly and efficient. The whole staff was very friendly and warm.   Dr Rachel was kind, caring and listened to all  my issues and prescribed according. Thank you to all.

Although knowledgeable, I do not feel I received the same level of care as in previous visit with other Dr.

I made an appointment this morning for 10am. I was called within 15mins of arrival. The staff was amazing and figured out what I had quickly. I would highly recommend this location.

I made an appointment for 6:40 arrived at 6:25 I did not get seen until 7:15 although the office was very busy I didn't expect to have to wait that long with an appointment I must say though the doctor was extremely friendly and so was the staff my son tested positive for covid and he sat and went over everything that he possibly could with us I have to say I appreciate how kind and nice the doctor was it made the wait a lot better and how good he was with my son who has no patience he's 8 years old... Great office I just wish they went by appointment time or what's the point of making one !!!!

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

I woke up this morning with a sore throat, I arrived and check in was super easy. Staff was friendly, I had to wait a little longer but it was much easier than making an appointment at my doctors office and having to wait days. This was quicker and easier, highly recommend!

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. The wait was very short. They truly care for the well being of the patients. Doctor listened and explained, treatment very well and answered all my questions. Overall great experience, highly recommend this office.

Excellent experience. I’m grateful this Urgent Care is just 10 minutes from home for me. Received great care and thanks to my doctor and 2 prescriptions I’ll be feeling good again by tomorrow.

I didn’t have to wait long, after I filled out the forms I was called in right away,every one was so patient with me, the Dr. sent my prescription to the pharmacy and they helped me a lot. Now I can bend my knee, which I couldn’t do before. Thanks
