Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!

I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!

It’s not like your regular doctors office they are urgent care Some staff members are friendly, some are not. This is a field in which you must have compassion or get another job! I do believe some doctors lack medical training and are not sure or misdiagnose your condition Always revisit your PCP

Doctor covered all the possible symptoms and treatments that I may be provided.

Although the staff were professional, it seemed like safety protocol may have been lacking. When checked, it was observed that gloves were not worn. Also, it seemed that gloves weren't changed between me and another patient. Staff came in with gloves on. The attending doctor checked me and readily prescribed medication without knowing any of my medical background. That could be detrimental to patients' health and safety. After I was checked, then my vitals were checked and I was asked about my medical history. I hope that it will be addressed better in the future.

I went in with pain in my ear and was able to get though so quick, good place to go with severe pain.

Did not schedule an appointment,was a walk-in but receive prompt service and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service , would definitely recommend.

I loved it here! Having vibrant and energetic staff made my experience wonderful. I had little to no wait and I was accommodated by Jada who was great! She made sure I was comfortable and made sure she answered all my questions before and after the test was given. Also doctor Patel was amazing with giving me the proper instructions in regards to following up after my Covid test was done. I’m thankful for this because I was very nervous about my first test but she helped me so it wasn’t that bad after all. One thing I must say though, I definitely didn’t expect to laugh during my test but Jada made sure I giggled in the process. Again, thank you guys for all the hard work you guys do and I will look forward to seeing Jada and doctor Patel if I need to go back any time soon.
