Today was the first time I ever went to CityMD Urgent care. Vanessa at the front desk was friendly, professional and made my visit a great experience. I didn't know what to expect, and I was very pleased when walking in and waiting. Christina who showed me to the exam room and took my Vitals was amazing. At first I thought she was the Dr. She made me feel comfortable. The Dr was good as well. Thank you all very much.

I had to get two Covid tests 1 week apart for cataract surgery. First eye results in time which is 96 hours. UNFORTUNATELY WHEN SECOND TEST WAS DONE I GOT A PHONE CALL FOR RESULTS IF FIRST TEST. I WAS AT SURGERY CENTER IN WEST ORANGE FOR NOTHING. ARE U KIDDING ME!! DO THEY LOOK AT DATES ON RESULTS. A MISTAKE LIKE THIS IS HORRIBLE AND NOT EXCUSED. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. SO U CALL A PATIENT WITH RESULTS RHAT ARE NOT CORRECT?????? SHAME ON THIS EMPLOYEE FOR DOUNF THIS TO ME!!!

Dr Joudeh is the best primary dr I’ve ever had, been with him for almost a decade , he’s always on point with diagnosis, he sincerely cares for his patients

Staff is very friendly also Doctors are very caring and professional.
