Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I woke up in the morning with a sore throat. I walked into Urgent care and it empty the staff in reception were very pleasant and friendly. I was ushered into an exam room by the RN Marianne she was professional and listened to my concerns. She immediately swabbed me for Covid, Flu and Strept. I was then seen by the PA Christine. She was very attentive to my complaints and professional.
