Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!

Although the staff were professional, it seemed like safety protocol may have been lacking. When checked, it was observed that gloves were not worn. Also, it seemed that gloves weren't changed between me and another patient. Staff came in with gloves on. The attending doctor checked me and readily prescribed medication without knowing any of my medical background. That could be detrimental to patients' health and safety. After I was checked, then my vitals were checked and I was asked about my medical history. I hope that it will be addressed better in the future.

Dr. Was so amazing, she seems very concern. She was the only Dr. and she was not rushing at all. She explain everything.

Doctor covered all the possible symptoms and treatments that I may be provided.

I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!

Did not schedule an appointment,was a walk-in but receive prompt service and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service , would definitely recommend.

I went in with pain in my ear and was able to get though so quick, good place to go with severe pain.

Woke up with kidney pain and wanted it checked out for a stone. Very professional, did blood work and ultrasound in a timely manner

I came in with severe lower back pain, making it incredibly difficult to stand or walk. I expressed concern over this being a possible kidney infection based on my previous experiences, and the doctor denied running a blood test to check for went white blood cell count upon my request, simply because I did not have a fever and the urine came back clear at the time. I was only offered antibiotics, no prescribed pain meds. The next morning, I went to the ER because the pain was intolerable, and my white blood cell count was at 15, when the upper end of the normal range is 10, indicating infection, despite my urine still being clear, and I was admitted to the hospital. I feel that it was a disregard for my knowledge of my own body’s health history and laziness that resulted in no blood test being done. Had a blood test been done that day, I would have gone to the ER that same day before the pain got so bad that I was on the floor at home sobbing.
