          Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

          I was visiting with family from another state , woke up not feeling well with a new baby coming home from the hospital. Definitely needed to be seen to make sure I wasn’t contagious.  Googled urgent care facilities near me, walked in , filled out paperwork and was taken back immediately.  Staff weee extremely courteous and professional.  I was in and out before I knew it. The longest part was filling out the paperwork .  I would definitely recommend this provider!

          I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

          The doctor was very nice. He listened very attentively to my health care concerns. When I entered the clinic, I was very anxious about my health problem but when exited the clinic, I left with a relaxed state of mind thinking everything is going to be alright.           It’s not like your regular doctors office they are urgent care Some staff members are friendly, some are not. This is a field in which you must have compassion or get another job!           Went in because I was diagnosed with Covid two days prior and started feeling soreness in my rib area. Went in because I wanted to get it checked out. This location is super clean the waiting area is immaculate. Staff are friendly. Doctors bedside manner here is top tier especially the doctor I was seen by today Dr Zachary McConnell. He spent the time listening to me and explaining what he thought I was experiencing. He also printed out literature I could take home and read. I must also note he was not afraid to exam me. Most doctors barely touch you after the pandemic.  I feel super secure with their care. I will continue to frequent this location. A big thank you to all of the staff here. I would recommend this provider.
