I came in to receive a sports physical and this office offered great service throughout my whole experience there. I was able to call ahead of time and receive all the information I needed. The wait time was small and everyone was friendly, respectful and attentive to my needs.

My son was taken care with a lot of respect and care. The Staff was very kind. Front Desk Super. I’m very happy because that is what we need people with a lot of empathy .

Short wait time which was great, quick and easy visit ! Considering that it’s the holiday season I thought it was going to be tough but it was good my son was able to be seen and treated quickly.

Although knowledgeable, I do not feel I received the same level of care as in previous visit with other Dr.

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. Easy walking appointment was easy as a doctor was friendly and did my Covid test quickly. They sent the results to me as soon as possible would definitely recommend this place.
