Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.

It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Had a 11am appt. Arrived about 10 mins late but texted to inform. Would have been amazing if they texted back to let me know there was a 2 hour wait once I got inside. I received 3 text the morning of about checking in.. they could have just delayed my appt. They were behind due to a few unforeseen issues. Just tell patience so we can go about our day and plan accordingly. Other than that, everything was fine.

Although the staff were professional, it seemed like safety protocol may have been lacking. When checked, it was observed that gloves were not worn. Also, it seemed that gloves weren't changed between me and another patient. Staff came in with gloves on. The attending doctor checked me and readily prescribed medication without knowing any of my medical background. That could be detrimental to patients' health and safety. After I was checked, then my vitals were checked and I was asked about my medical history. I hope that it will be addressed better in the future.
