This is my fourth time using this facility. I have always been greeted with courtesy and a smile. All the practitioners and staff take time with you as a patient and make you feel very comfortable.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

Experience chest pain, ear pain and dizziness. Went immediately to Urge t Care facility on Pennington Road. Staff responded without delay, taking vitals and ushering me into an exam room. Very speedy response, courteous interaction with multiple staffers. Doctor fully reviewed data and provided tentative diagnosis. She also gave me a useful plan of action going g forward. Very pleased with caliber of care. FIVE STARS.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
