Pediatric urgent care near me in Ocean, NJ

Woke up feeling ill on a Sunday morning. Was able to get an appointment within 1.5 hrs. There was no wait when I got there.  The doctor took their time and listened to all my symptoms.  I was given a prescription for an antibiotic that was called in seconds after my appointment.  After my appointment, the office staff helped me transfer my meds to another location bc what I needed wasn’t available on the spot at my typical pharmacy.  Will always go back to this location!

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

Pre check in is convenient and easy. Wat time was reasonable. Staff was professional and friendly.

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.
