Dr Phil Kubel was absolutely 💯 Great medical bedside manner

Came in with head cold symptoms. Dr & nurse were alarmed bc my oxygen saturation was low and wanted me to take ambulance to emergency room to get further follow up with likely need for oxygen, which I declined saying I’d drive myself. I instead purchased a at home oximeter. My numbers have improved and I’ll be following up with my pcp tomorrow. Following having a 2 pm apptmt, and being seen at about 3:15, all staff  were very nice but Dr. was super cautious, however never diagnosed the ailment I came in for.

Everything was great. I went to the one in the New Rochelle   Dr called me let me know it going to be a few hours he did not want me to wait for a long time so I went to the one at Rye and he saw me there . I got there. It was very quick thank you.

Everything was wonderful.  The staff at the front desk great, check-in quick.  I was lucky and only had a 5 minute wait.  The tech and PA spent a good amount of time with me.  The PA sent a prescription over to cvs immediately.  I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

I was there because I had pain in my right shoulder. In general, all the staff were friendly. The waiting time was approximately 30 minutes,  recommended. Thank you!

My mother and I walked in and immediately checked in the kiosk. We were called rather quickly. The doctor listened to me, I knew I needed antibiotics and other meds. Only part that was disappointing was the pharmacy confusion. Sent to wrong pharmacy, waiting, went home without meds. Someone else had to bring it to me. Need better communication.

Went in to treat a small bump on my neck that was infected. Staff was excellent from paperwork to treatment I was there around 40 minutes in and out. Great job

Really warm and friendly schedule was guick and lady behind the counter was nice and approachable. Doctor was really good

I was in an out in an hour. Was seen right away the staff is all very friendly and polite. I hate being sick but when I am there’s no place I’d rather go thank you Dr.Bortell and staff

The check-in was very fast and easy. It was no people there. I went to the other urgent care that’s across the street and the other lady told me that it’ll be a hour to wait. I was like let me go next-door to see if they accept me and they did and I grateful for that. It’s nice easy to figure out what I had and that’s it was quick and fast

I was too sick to remember who my nurse and doctor was but they got me in and out quickly and they were very sweet.

I went in with pain in my ear and was able to get though so quick, good place to go with severe pain.
