Came to the office on Sunday when my right eye was swollen, red and painfull and realized I had a red bumpy Rash on the bridge if my nose and it was painful under my glasses. Had headaches. Waited about 2hrs to see the staff. Staff was courteous, but it was a long wait to see the assistant and Dr. After giving symptoms to assistant, sge gave me an eye test naming the letters. The Dr. came in a few mins later for about 10 mins just looked at me and said I had shingles/herpes virus and it infected my eye and I need to see my eye Dr. Mon. Because it can cause blindness if not treated right away. She sent RX to my pharmacy and said goodbye.

Walked in and was seen and out the door in about an hour and a half. There were 8 patients ahead of me. The PA that saw me, Dr. Bonk, was very sweet and professional. I received the care that I needed and am now, Lord willing, on the mend. The automated check in is impersonal but efficient. I downloaded the Solv app so it saved my info and I wont need to re-enter next time. I would recommend this provider.

We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.

Dr. Is always thorough and nice. Staff was very pleasant.

Scheduling was an easy and excellent procedure. The person at check in was friendly and efficient. The whole staff was very friendly and warm.   Dr Rachel was kind, caring and listened to all  my issues and prescribed according. Thank you to all.

I walked in 5 minutes before closing and asked if they could still see me.  I thought I had scratched my cornea and it was raining and dark and they were the closest place to go as I was nervous driving.  They were so gracious and got me registered and back to see the doctor very quickly! Thank God because I did have a pretty significant scratch on my eye!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

East appointment, seen, heard and tested. My test came positive for strep and I was surprised -and relieved. Very nice and got scripts. Will come back because of thoroughness and ease of outing

I dint get the help I was expecting Dr didn’t even took a look where I told hem I was feeling pain

It’s pointless to offer online appointments to make people wait for hours. I won’t be coming back

Woke up with stuffy nose, booked an appointment and was in and out in 30 mins. Everyone was very kind and professional.

This was our first time here. My son very rarely has to be seen at the doctor & was quite apprehensive leading up to our appointment. Our nurse (unsure of her name), was super sweet & was very good with Austin. She was encouraging when he seemed nervous which was great. Our doctor, I believe her first name was Alissa, was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely helpful in explaining his diagnosis & treatment to me…but more importantly she was amazing with my son. She was so gentle & kind…to the point where, after we left, Austin said “I’m not afraid of the doctor anymore!”  The office is pristine, the front desk secretary was very nice & making our appointment was easy, too!  Thank you for making our experience a seamless, painless one. We will recommend & we will be back (but hopefully not for a long time, haha!) Thank you again!!!!!

I have been feeling sick since Wednesday. I was able to schedule an appointment and got in for 11:00 am. Wait time was a bit long but the services received outweighed the wait

Woke up not feeling well and was able to schedule an appointment right away with no issues. Upon arrival, I was greated politely by the staff and didn't have a long wait time before I was seen by the doctor. Facility was very clean and nice and overall experience was an A+!

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.

First time going there and I must say the all around service was excellent.

Scheduling was a bit difficult as I kept getting knocked off the tool.  Had to wait 25 minutes and initially was seen by a trainee. Really didn’t need that as it just took extra time. The PA was awesome and explained the everything. If it wasn’t for the long wait and being seen by a trainee I would all categories 5 stars.

Walk in visit, wait time was not bad.The nurse and doctor were very thorough
