Had a bit of a wait, but that was to be expected. Staff and Provider were very kind the whole time, and made sure all my questions were answered.

I fell off some snowy/icy stairs on Sunday.  I twisted my ankle and had a lot of bruising and painful walking as a result.  I tried AFC as it is near to me, and had a great experience!  I was able to prebook an appointment online. After getting there, I didn’t wait long.  They were very professional and efficient.  They confirmed that a did have a minor fracture.  They also provided an orthopedic specialist group to follow up with.  I did the next day, got my tall boot and am on the road to recovery.  Really great experience with these folks!

Best place to ho if you want the best care.  Love them. Wait time was under 7 minutes,  Remarkable.  The cost has no comparison to others. This place is the very best

Our experience was awesome. Wait time was 5 mins. Staff was courteous and very friendly.

Walked in and was seen and out the door in about an hour and a half. There were 8 patients ahead of me. The PA that saw me, Dr. Bonk, was very sweet and professional. I received the care that I needed and am now, Lord willing, on the mend. The automated check in is impersonal but efficient. I downloaded the Solv app so it saved my info and I wont need to re-enter next time. I would recommend this provider.

I was very pleased with my care. Nurse practitioner listened to my concerns and helped me deal with a solution  Then followed up a couple of days later to be sure I was on the mend  I would return to this facility if need be

Very Fast and Professional service

Woke up with a blocked ear and was able to schedule an appointment for my convenience. Check-in was easy and the care provided was attentive and caring and the issue was explained very well. Issue was resolved within a few days. I would recommend AFC urgent Care in Downingtown.

Quick and easy and got me on the right meds scheduling was easy. Went early but didn’t wait long.  Friendly staff and medicine was ready in an hour for pickup

Finally able to get out of bed to there and didn't have to wait long to be seen and taken care of.
