          The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

          Truly unparalleled service at AFC Urgent Care Yorktown! I sliced my finger open when a pint glass fell during dinner on a Sunday night. I had to catch a plane the next day back to LA from visiting my family over the holidays. If it has not been for Dr. Gupta I would have spent hours in the ER waiting for someone to stitch my finger.           Smashed my finger under a Kitchen Aid mixer. It immediately swelled, bruised and was extremely painful. Thought I broke it. Waited for 2.5 hours before being seen due to staff shortages that day. Other than waiting, people are always nice and friendly when I utilize the facility.
