Truly unparalleled service at AFC Urgent Care Yorktown! I sliced my finger open when a pint glass fell during dinner on a Sunday night. I had to catch a plane the next day back to LA from visiting my family over the holidays. If it has not been for Dr. Gupta I would have spent hours in the ER waiting for someone to stitch my finger. The nurses always get my twin preschoolers to laugh. A huge thank you to both Dr Friedman and Dr he, who have managed to get my preschoolers over their fear of checking their ears! Thank you so much. I had to get two Covid tests 1 week apart for cataract surgery. First eye results in time which is 96 hours. UNFORTUNATELY WHEN SECOND TEST WAS DONE I GOT A PHONE CALL FOR RESULTS IF FIRST TEST. I WAS AT SURGERY CENTER IN WEST ORANGE FOR NOTHING. ARE U KIDDING ME!! DO THEY LOOK AT DATES ON RESULTS. A MISTAKE LIKE THIS IS HORRIBLE AND NOT EXCUSED. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. SO U CALL A PATIENT WITH RESULTS RHAT ARE NOT CORRECT?????? SHAME ON THIS EMPLOYEE FOR DOUNF THIS TO ME!!!
