I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

So easy to schedule an appointment on line or walk in. Reassuring to know someone will see you the day you need them. I like that Drs explain everything. The staff are helpful, attentive, and kind from the time you walk in the door until you leave. Definitely would recommend!

I woke up yesterday not feeling well so I went online to schedule an appointment for after work and to my surprise I was able to get something scheduled for the same day for the time I wanted. Check in was super smooth, the staff is way better now that Atlantic health took over, I was a bit hesitant to come back here because of a bad experience last time but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice every one was. The staff was great. I got quick care and a thorough run down of what was going on. I’m happy to say I will go back if I need their service again. Thanks guys!

Everyone was efficient and very friendly.  I arrived at 11:15 and was in my car at 11:44.

Right from the door I was treated quickly and with kindness. The staff is wonderful and professional and my doctor was superb!

It’s always a pleasure when I bring my son in for a visit. I never have to wait a long time, the staff is very courteous and friendly and the facility is always clean. My son’s doctor succumbed to a sickness back in the Spring and I brought him him here for a physical. I have made up my mind. CityLife will be his primary. I hadn't been sleep all night. I had such bad Sciatic pain in my left side and foot. I went on line, and appointments were immediately available. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The patient care room, lobby, and the bathroom were all clean.

Easy to schedule, they had a same day appt and I was able to book right at 9 am, staff and PA were SO nice, PA was informative and friendly, with great bedside manner and advice. My only opportunity area for this Urgent Care would be to reduce the wait time. It took 40 minutes before I even saw the PA from when I arrived with the 9 am appt. And all together I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes. PA was new and learning the ropes and computer systems, but this waiting time (with an appt) should look to be shortened in the future.

Called for an appointment & got when I wanted no problem. The staff checking in are very nice , just a shame it’s such a long waiting period !! While I was waiting I saw at least 4 people leave because they were told it would be a 3 hour wait!  The nurse & Dr who saw me were very friendly and professional & I would go back to this site if need be.

Staff was super helpful and friendly both over the phone and in person.  The doctor was friendly, patient and she made sure I understood how to use the inhaler.
