The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Took my daughter, 14, to AM/Pm urgent care Tuesday, It was fast and efficient! And guess what, they have an xray tech going in their clinic? 😱 and you don’t have to wait 4 hours to get discharged?  The next day, I took my son who is three years old for the same symptoms. Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

This was my 1st time here after I sent my husband who was not feeling well. So glad I went after having such a bad earache, but was even happier that I git NP Maria who he had. Sweet, patient and very thorugh. I do not go to doctors unless it's really bad. The staff was nice and polite. I will definitely recommend them.

Just what I wanted and on time

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

I had a bad cough for weeks and I couldn’t get an appointment with my primary care doctor. I decided to make an appointment with urgent care. The scheduling process was easy, check jn the next morning was a breeze. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The nurse and doctor covered all bases. I would definitely go back again and recommend to my family and friends.
