Modern md always is my go to doctor they take great care of you the doctor explains everything to you regarding your problem I just love this place

Doctor covered all the possible symptoms and treatments that I may be provided.

The visited was very short and the place is very organized. The receptionist is very helpful and the doctor treated me as I entered the room.

Smooth checkin. Dr was so helpful. Front desk found me a pharmacy open late! Great service!

Had severe head cold for a few days. I finally went to modern Md did not schedule but walked in. I was seen fairly quickly, staff and care team were very courteous and helpful. Walked out with medication list and my mind at ease after tests were negative.

I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!

I walk in my son a had a cough and cold  The wait was 2 hours

I came checked in nurse called me right away. Didn’t have to wait a long quick service. Whole staff is being extremely helpful and careful especially the doctor is the most supportive person. I’ve there quite few times all the times I’ve been treated and taken cared with respect. My kids feels very comfortable there that’s why, I suggested everyone should go there.

Everyone is so kind and responsive. I am grateful for the care.

I visited the urgent care facility at Westmed Ridge hill, without a time slot.  I waited about 1 1/2 hours. The staff at the desk told me that would be my waiting time.  The nurse took my history and did standard procedures.  Doctor Palumbo checked my throat and ordered chest x-rays (I had been exposed to pneumonia). Doctor Palumbo (after radiology results) gave clear instructions and ordered prescriptions.

This was a positive experience from start to finish! Friendly & efficient staff, spotless facility, and knowledgeable nurse practitioner. Highly recommend this facility.

I had to bring my little one to urgent care for ear pain and Crystal at the front desk was AMAZING!! Very sweet and kind checked us in and kept us updated. Thank you Crystal for making our visit so smooth.

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.
