On Sunday morning I decided to seek care for a finger I pricked with a wire accident a few days earlier which became infected. I made an online appointment for the am and went to the clinic. I was told it’s a walk-in clinic so appointment time may not be precise if others have arrived. There was only one person ahead of me so my wait time was less than 15 min. Intake and visit with Dr was professional and efficient. Thank you.

Had sore throat for a week, suspected strep. Dr agreed, strep test within 5 mins and got antibiotics, a printed list and Dr note for employer. Quick and easy, in and out.

East appointment, seen, heard and tested. My test came positive for strep and I was surprised -and relieved. Very nice and got scripts. Will come back because of thoroughness and ease of outing

Barely any wait time. Office is very clean and tidy. Dr. Lee is a great doctor and also funny.

I have had cold symptoms for a week and decided to have a doctor check on me. I got an appointment within 45 minutes and was seen promptly. Everyone in the office was great. I saw Dr. Larrea and she was very good. Always very satisfied with Carbon Health. Glad they are available to me. Highly recommend this facility

The staff was great, but I was waiting a long time.

I woke up yesterday not feeling well so I went online to schedule an appointment for after work and to my surprise I was able to get something scheduled for the same day for the time I wanted. Check in was super smooth, the staff is way better now that Atlantic health took over, I was a bit hesitant to come back here because of a bad experience last time but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice every one was. The staff was great. I got quick care and a thorough run down of what was going on. I’m happy to say I will go back if I need their service again. Thanks guys!

I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

There is a lack of good communication between the front desk and the doctor in charge of calling back patients. Even though this doctor told me she has a policy of returning calls at the end of the day, she wasn’t able to tell that to the front desk so they tell the patient. Unfortunately I wasted an appointment visit that she was not willing to not charge, but better yet, loosing a new customer. Is sad to see how greedy director she is.  The staff in general is ok. Nurses are nice and even apologetic about this situation. But as they say, this matter was above their capabilities. If k ever go back I’ll make sure I’ll never have to see this lady dr director.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Staff was so amazing- it was extremely busy but the staff never lost their composure. I listened to other people yelling at them about waiting and I felt so bad- people have to realize this is a walk in urgent care so be patient. Great visit from front to back- Tammy took my vitals and Christine the PA saw me- great bedside manner. I will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

Have had a uti for over A week was on amoxicillin was not working, was in and out of there in less than an hour, very friendly, very clean and was pleased with the doctor

Called for an appointment & got when I wanted no problem. The staff checking in are very nice , just a shame it’s such a long waiting period !! While I was waiting I saw at least 4 people leave because they were told it would be a 3 hour wait!  The nurse & Dr who saw me were very friendly and professional & I would go back to this site if need be.

I had a severe toothache and was able to get help and treatment within 10 minutes. I’ve never been to such a clean timely facility like this AFC care center. Staff was polite and professional and Dr. Monroe was the best. I was treated with respect and my issue was handled quickly. If needed I will always consider AFC Urgent Care. Thank for all the help I’ve received.
