Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!

I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!

Walked in without an appointment so I can’t complain too much about the wait (about two hours). Desk employees, nurse, and NP were all very nice and had no issue answering all my questions. I would return.

After years at IMA in Shrewsbury -- i am so much happier here. This is a really great place.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

Doctor covered all the possible symptoms and treatments that I may be provided.

I walked in, checked in and was seen immediately! The front desk staff was pleasant.  The medical staff address my needs and was very professional.  My daughter recommended me to this facility and I would tell family and friends about this great facility and services provided.

Had severe head cold for a few days. I finally went to modern Md did not schedule but walked in. I was seen fairly quickly, staff and care team were very courteous and helpful. Walked out with medication list and my mind at ease after tests were negative.

The check-in was very fast and easy. It was no people there. I went to the other urgent care that’s across the street and the other lady told me that it’ll be a hour to wait. I was like let me go next-door to see if they accept me and they did and I grateful for that. It’s nice easy to figure out what I had and that’s it was quick and fast

My mother and I walked in and immediately checked in the kiosk. We were called rather quickly. The doctor listened to me, I knew I needed antibiotics and other meds. Only part that was disappointing was the pharmacy confusion. Sent to wrong pharmacy, waiting, went home without meds. Someone else had to bring it to me. Need better communication.

Both reception and the staff who treated me were very nice and comforting

Went in to treat a small bump on my neck that was infected. Staff was excellent from paperwork to treatment I was there around 40 minutes in and out. Great job
