Nice receptionist and a very nice doctor!

I always have a pleasant experience at West Med. everyone was nice and accommodating.

It was crowded but we made an appointment before and the desk was accurate ( 40 minute wait) The Dr was great honest and very helpful  Eased my mind  Medicine worked

I’ve chosen this urgent care center in the past because of the phenomenal quality of care I previously received. The NPs and doctors I saw before were exceptionally attentive, always going above and beyond to address my concerns. During my visit yesterday, the doctor I saw provided standard care, but I didn’t experience the same level of extra attention and thoroughness that the NPs and MDs in the past would consistently deliver. The front desk staff, however, was the most disappointing aspect of the visit. When I arrived, I greeted her, but her response was indifferent. She simply asked, with a poker face, “What can I help you with?” and pointed to instructions for registering posted on the glass window—instructions that weren’t immediately noticeable. There was no smile, no warmth, and no effort to assist further. I’m not sure what happened to the amazing staff who used to work here, but the level of care and service has clearly declined. I hope they can return to the high standards they once upheld, as this experience left much to be desired. But i would still comeback to this urgent care next time

Not feeling well for several days and could not get an appointment with my doctor so went to urgent care.  They were excellent from the minute I arrived to the minute I left.

I was very satisfied with the staff and the doctor. the waiting rooms were clean and the equipment appeared to be as well. overall, a very good visit.
