Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Called first. Little wait time. Got there and only waited 10 minutes to be seen. Everyone very helpful and professional.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Got out of work early yesterday and remember that I had ran out of medicine. figured I just swing by no phone call no appointment. Was very Pleasant. In-N-Out in 30 minutes. Very easy!

That was my first visit with my daughter and so far, so satisfying.

It was easy to make an appointment and the staff was professional and efficient. The treatment was thorough and we left with proper prescriptions. Needless to say, we are very satisfied with this Urgent Care.
