Follow up from last week. Cold symptoms. Became sinus infection. Dr Wolfson is the best. Her and the complete staff is the best. Outstanding customer care across the board.

Made a day-of appointment and received prompt, great care.  I was diagnosed within 5 minutes and had my prescription ready within a half hour.

Got an easy appointment on Thursday. Dr. lee was excellent and meds are already working to heal my bronchitis. Highly recommend this office.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

It took a follow up call to get my meds called in to the pharmacy. I could have administered the Covid test better on  myself. Wasn’t surprised that it was negative, it probably had my lipgloss on the swab instead of my nasal contents. What a difference from the visit two weeks ago when Optum was there.  We received great care and prompt treatment.

This is my second time visiting this facility and I have only good things to say about it. The staff is wonderful. I got the same doctor twice, which is very nice and she is awesome.

When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!
