My daughter woke up with a sore throat, and I was able to book an appointment that same morning. It was super easy to book, the check in process was smooth, the location is convenient, and we were out of there in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Stephanie was kind, caring, and professional. I trusted her advice and her assessment of the situation and what is going on. The person that took the culture was also very kind and professional, and had a very steady hand. I would absolutely.return here for other media l issues that come up.

I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

There is a lack of good communication between the front desk and the doctor in charge of calling back patients. Even though this doctor told me she has a policy of returning calls at the end of the day, she wasn’t able to tell that to the front desk so they tell the patient. Unfortunately I wasted an appointment visit that she was not willing to not charge, but better yet, loosing a new customer. Is sad to see how greedy director she is.  The staff in general is ok. Nurses are nice and even apologetic about this situation. But as they say, this matter was above their capabilities. If k ever go back I’ll make sure I’ll never have to see this lady dr director.

Went in for a pre-employment screen and everyone was friendly and professional. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.
