Waiting for Doctor to call with X-ray results

Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

That was my first visit with my daughter and so far, so satisfying.

I woke up in the morning with an UTI flare  and suffered a lot. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. On my arrival was seen almost immediately.  Just talking to my providers made me calm and feel better. I had all my questions answered and had my meds in 30 min. Thank you

The staff was fast did well I didt wait long I’m waiting area or room

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

I didn’t have to wait long, after I filled out the forms I was called in right away,every one was so patient with me, the Dr. sent my prescription to the pharmacy and they helped me a lot. Now I can bend my knee, which I couldn’t do before. Thanks

Check-in was fast and simple. Staff was amazing with my 5 year old!

Took my teen daughter and I have to say service was great and the facility was immaculately clean and neat.

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

Had a great visit! The wait time was good. Didn’t wait too long! The doctors were nice and very understanding!

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

My husband scheduled an appointment for me and within minutes of my arrival I was greeted with a smile and was admitted shortly thereafter.  Rebekah and the staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  The clinic is in a convenient location.

I was very impressed by the kindness of the care I received. Over the top nice doctor and others.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.
