They didn't ask when I first had symptoms and that would have determined the outcome of a covid test. They could have suggested I wait at least another day before returning there. As a result, I tested negative at AFC and positive two days later. As a result, my $55 copay was wasted.

We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.

Woke up this morning with full body aches; was an hour late for work because of the pain and decided to go to City Life Health where they did a thorough checkup. I was able to get a prescription for the pain and nausea along with a Dr's note for my job.

Dr. Luma was very professional and had a great sense of humor to make you feel relaxed. The nurse that cared for me took my vitals and did urine testing was very professional and kind.

Staff was very pleasant. As soon as I walked through the door (about 8:30 am) they asked me to log in, which was SUPER EASY. The nurse taken my vitals quickly & very pleasant. The doctor tapped on the exam room before entering & was in a pleasant mood. All this on a Monday morning 12/2/24 My cdl paperwork was done in no time Yes I recommend this office
