I’ve had a chronic cough for awhile . The staff and Dr.  Chris are thorough, professional , helpful and charming . I have a prescription, some answers and hope for relief with the Urgent Care team. I know I have a place that I trust to go to for medical help. Thank you.

Woke up with terrible pain in My foot.  Was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes and was given full attention to this matter.  Excellent staff, friendly, courteous and very friendly.   A++++++++

Was able to get a same day morning appointment to follow up on a lingering cold. Booked appointment easily online. All staff I interacted with were professional, efficient and very nice. I felt that Sherry, the NP I saw, was very thorough and thoughtful about my diagnosis and recommendations for treatment. Would definitely recommend Carbon Health and thank them for their services.

Exceptional experience from check in to nurse to doctor exam!

I understand the wait time being long but the receptionist could not even give me an estimated wait time and that makes a big difference when you have a cranky baby. She also didn't know how to print me a detailed itemized receipt and asked me to call back tomorrow. The PA though was super super nice and helpful.

Had a sinus infection and swollen tonsils.  I scheduled my appointment and I was seen fast. Staff was caring facility was very clean. The doctor was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She prescribed me the right type of medication I needed for my illness and I am starting to feel a lot better.

It was incredibly easy. I was out of state and my husband was back home and not feeling well.  I was able to schedule the appointment for him online and complete his registration paperwork so that everything was ready for him.  It was great service.

It’s not like your regular doctors office they are urgent care Some staff members are friendly, some are not. This is a field in which you must have compassion or get another job! I do believe some doctors lack medical training and are not sure or misdiagnose your condition Always revisit your PCP

My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!

Staff friendly and informative .  Greeted  by staff at front desk immediately. My nurse Kim was polite with a very up  and friendly  personality.Christina my PA was a sweetie calm efficient and reassuring . I previously went to urgent care in Willingboro but started going to this office in Bordentown .   Your team that day is to be commended on my quick comfortable and efficient care .  Had my meds within hour on the road to feeling better !
