Pediatric urgent care near me in White Meadow Lake, NJ

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.

Overall, the experience was fine, especially considering I was a late walk-in. However, the waiting area definitely needs an update. The carpet should be replaced with linoleum or tile flooring for better cleanliness and to help reduce germs.

Scheduling was so easy, check in was a pleasure, the most wonderful staff, and the PA spent time with me, coming up with ways to treat my cough…I would recommend this office to everyone!!

I had a problem with my left eye; that is, tearing and eye stuck together after night sleep. Was told I had infection “pink eye ; it was contagious. Prescribed drops for eye.

Although knowledgeable, I do not feel I received the same level of care as in previous visit with other Dr.

Felt like I had a Blood sugar problem. Levels were a little high a few days before blood test . Wanted to check it again two days later and they weee up a little bit more . Previous doctors did not mention A1C The provider acutely explained blood sugar can go up and down it’s the A1C that’s important to watch and monitor if you are diabetic. She was so amazing I can’t remember her name. I was not eating or taking care of myself as k r should. Had a scare at the hospital a few days before and it’s time to make some life changes to get better and live more healthy.I this they do a fantastic job at Cliffside urgent care the level of service is outstanding. I always go there when I need medical help.

Had a 11am appt. Arrived about 10 mins late but texted to inform. Would have been amazing if they texted back to let me know there was a 2 hour wait once I got inside. I received 3 text the morning of about checking in.. they could have just delayed my appt. They were behind due to a few unforeseen issues. Just tell patience so we can go about our day and plan accordingly. Other than that, everything was fine.

Location was recommended by friend and my first time visit was excellent! I registered online for appointment and for paperwork. When I checked in all was in their system and I just needed to pay my co pay. The wait time in the waiting room  was 5-7 minutes. The area was spacious and very clean. The receptionist was very professional and courteous . When called into the exam room the nurse was just as professional and courteous. Took my vitals and listened intently to my reason for my visit. The room was very clean and I was entertained by Barney on the tv screen. I waited a good 10-15 minutes for the doctor who was very thorough in questioning me and listening to my lungs. I agreed with his diagnosis and plan going forward. Again a very professional setting. I would highly recommend this Nanuet New York facility.

Thank you to staff of PromptMD Fort Lee for the patience, compassion, and consideration. They were scheduled to close early yesterday (Black Friday) but made the decision to stay on and see 3 more patients (including myself)!

Returned today today to have stitches removed and recheck my ears and my cough. Finger healed beautifully and what the doctor pulled out of my ears was mind boggling. Wax was the size of a pinto bean but not as pretty. I can hear and no ear pain or fluttering! Thank you so much! I highly recommend them! A plus care!!

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

The check in computer machines were too complicated for Senior Citizens and individuals who are not computer savvy.  We had to use several check in machines to check in. The receptionist had to use two machines before she could check us in. Staff was very nice.

Very competent staff . Answered all my questions without hesitation. Will definitely return on my next trip from Canada

The staff were friendly and patient with my little one. Dr. Adeyemi was informative and worked with care. The office is always clean and quick with service.

Staff was amazing - Dr Megan was especially phenomenal and extremely helpful / caring. I wish I could plan my sporadic urgent care visits around her schedule!

I have been coming for years & I have had a wonderful & the staff are patient, professional and knowledgeable. I feel that they are very through & fast treatment without being rushed. I would recommend Carbon Health-Somerset for your medical needs.
