Staff was very kind. The check-in process was fast and I was seen by the doctor relatively quickly.

Excellent staff very polite, office very clean. And I had no wait time.

Although the staff were professional, it seemed like safety protocol may have been lacking. When checked, it was observed that gloves were not worn. Also, it seemed that gloves weren't changed between me and another patient. Staff came in with gloves on. The attending doctor checked me and readily prescribed medication without knowing any of my medical background. That could be detrimental to patients' health and safety. After I was checked, then my vitals were checked and I was asked about my medical history. I hope that it will be addressed better in the future.

Ms. Betty, Haydee, Deysi, Anastasia. The staff were amazing and caring. They listened to our issues and provided the appropriate treatment and offered follow-ups. I highly recommend Modern MD to all my family and friends! 😊

Had the flu off and on, first time visiting this location was met by a friendly staff who advised me to check in on the kiosk sat for about ten minutes I was advised to Dr would be there shortly not even two minutes they were in. The Dr apologized which I told him was ok the wait wasn’t that long. What a professional place he did everything even send my prescription to a pharmacy I have this place ten stars and more.

Everything was wonderful.  The staff at the front desk great, check-in quick.  I was lucky and only had a 5 minute wait.  The tech and PA spent a good amount of time with me.  The PA sent a prescription over to cvs immediately.  I would definitely recommend this urgent care.

I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!
