Woke with coughing and wheezing and hard to breathe. Got an appointment right away and medication to help me. Staff was very pleasant.

Great experience! Was in and out to get my vaccine. Super helpful and patient!

Just wish I new no xray tech was available in the beginning but the dr. I saw was very nice and made it worth the wait.

Went for Earwax removal, Doc said he cannot help becase he does not have tools to remove EARWAX, was charged and asked to go to ENT doctor. Doctor was no help at all.

It’s very nice to be remembered,I've  been there a few times for the same ailment and the staff always make me feel comfortable and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand your time is highly regarded your never rushed out most important to me is they listen to you.

The entire staff was friendly, especially the receptionist. She made my experience move smoothly by explaining the process/next steps before I was taken to the exam room. She is an excellent team player!

The doctor rushed me out of there and didn’t even do a thorough work up. Same doctor did the same to my sister and she ended up having bronchitis. Will not be returning. All the other staff was nice.

Made an 8 am appt. Everything went smoothly. All questions were answered PA and staff on duty was very courteous. Good experience at this location.

Woke up this morning feeling like i had a UTI, i made a appointment for 4:15pm. I decided to take a chance a walk in at 3pm. They took me right away, and all were nice and pleasant.

Pulled up at time of appointment , nurse came out did my swab within 15-20 minutes . I had rapid and pcr done . I received a phone call with my rapid results not even 20 minutes later . Give them a break . One woman doing the swabs , friendly , professional and trying her best to do her job in a timely manner.

I didn’t have an appointment, the staff was very friendly & accommodating. My wait time was minimal. The PA was thorough in her explanations, I didn’t feel rushed. An overall good experience.

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.
