went to this doc’s for the first time in Stratford for a quick check up had a wonderful and fast experience will be coming again I had amazing help from Ruthie and Deja thank you for a friendly and trusting experience

Had a hard time making an appointment… most likely a result of high volume illness and New Years Eve/Day. Check in  easy Staff friendly, helpful

Everyone was extremely professional and went went above and beyond besides having to wait 13 hours to get a room upstairs but I understand stuff like that takes time everything else was great and definitely would be coming back again if I needed too thanks again for all the excellent care most hospitals aren’t nearly as nice as yours same as all the doctors and nurses and all of the staff literally everyone was nice thanks again can’t thank you enough for the quality care I got I would highly recommend this to anyone who needed the care I did thanks again

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

I spent the Thanksgiving holiday coughing my way through dinner and promised my daughter I would get care right afterwards. AFC Urgent Care is easier and quicker than seeing my PCP.  I was early and expected to wait, but they took me right in. The medical assistant took my vitals and the physician came in soon afterwards. She was very friendly and thorough, and answered my questions about possible drug interactions. I was out and in my car about ten minutes after my scheduled  appointment time.

Stephanie was kind, caring, and professional. I trusted her advice and her assessment of the situation and what is going on. The person that took the culture was also very kind and professional, and had a very steady hand. I would absolutely.return here for other media l issues that come up.

Great Facility. The staff was very personable and scheduling was a breeze.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.
