Scheduling was easy. Whole process was efficient and pleasant.

Woke up with kidney pain and wanted it checked out for a stone. Very professional, did blood work and ultrasound in a timely manner

From the moment I walked in to leaving my experience was pleasant! Yes, sick and all I’m using the word pleasant! Everyone was friendly, kind and efficient from office staff to the doctor ! I live 30 minutes from this urgent care and will use in the future. Highly recommend!

Very easy to schedule, was able to get same day appointment. Start to finish was only 30 minutes, went smoothly and quickly. The NP was caring and knowledgeable and covered everything with me. She was very reassuring.  I was more than satisfied with the entire process.  I would recommend the provider.

My daughter has a pink eye so I took her in and the wait time and quality care was amazing

This urgent care is quick, efficient and has the most caring people working there. Second time going here and had a pleasant experience here wouldn’t go anywhere else because the staff and the doctors made me feel at ease.

Dr. Was so amazing, she seems very concern. She was the only Dr. and she was not rushing at all. She explain everything.

I was too sick to remember who my nurse and doctor was but they got me in and out quickly and they were very sweet.

Although the staff were professional, it seemed like safety protocol may have been lacking. When checked, it was observed that gloves were not worn. Also, it seemed that gloves weren't changed between me and another patient. Staff came in with gloves on. The attending doctor checked me and readily prescribed medication without knowing any of my medical background. That could be detrimental to patients' health and safety. After I was checked, then my vitals were checked and I was asked about my medical history. I hope that it will be addressed better in the future.

Did not schedule an appointment,was a walk-in but receive prompt service and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service , would definitely recommend.
