On Sunday morning I decided to seek care for a finger I pricked with a wire accident a few days earlier which became infected. I made an online appointment for the am and went to the clinic. I was told it’s a walk-in clinic so appointment time may not be precise if others have arrived. There was only one person ahead of me so my wait time was less than 15 min. Intake and visit with Dr was professional and efficient. Thank you.

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

Very good didn't have to wait long got in and out the doctor was great now my daughter is feeling better

My son was having right side of chest pain and the staff was professional, friendly and nice. Took good care of my son. I love when a place is welcoming because they put your stress at ease. Thank you

East appointment, seen, heard and tested. My test came positive for strep and I was surprised -and relieved. Very nice and got scripts. Will come back because of thoroughness and ease of outing

Fast and easy , check in at the front offices, a link was send to my phone in order to up load all my personal and insurance information , signed all the paperwork in the app and summit it with in few minutes everything was done and I received a confirmation

I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!

Candi was very friendly she made check in so fast and easy! All the staff where very helpful.

Even through the system somehow mixed up the appointment I made and changed it to a different time, they got me in quickly. The doctor was kind, efficient and explained everything thoroughly.
